25% deposit required upon booking
75% final payment 4 weeks before arrival

For last minute bookings – complete payment upon booking

  • Pricing is set for an occupancy of 4 persons
  • Each extra person 25 € / night
  • Maximum occupancy is 6 persons
  • The deposit is 350 € per stay
  • Mandatory final cleaning is $ 200 per stay, to be paid on site
  • Optional extra: pool heating $ 70 / week, to be paid on site
  • Towels and bed linen are provided free of charge
  • The house administration and support are provided by German-speaking administration

Pricing includes the usual electricity consumption of $40 / week (corresponds to an average consumption of 410 kW/h by 4-6 persons). Additional consumption is retained with 15¢ / kW/h from the deposit.

Cancellation conditions

30% of the rental price if canceled up to 60 days before check-in
70% of the rental price if canceled within 35-59 days before check-in
100% of the rental price if canceled less than 35 days before check-in
