We are very pleased to welcome you to our homepage and to introduce our “baby” or rather our “dream”.
After a lot of thought, we have decided to build a holiday house in Florida and we are happy to present our finished new building to you.
Our house is available for rent since September 2018.
Perhaps we can awaken your curiosity and your next holiday destination might be beautiful Venice, on the Gulf of Mexico.
The house is 1.975 sqft. (184 m²) and offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Both bathrooms have walk-in showers and the master bathroom is also equipped with a bathtub.
All rooms are well-lit and decorated in light tones.
The living room has a 55 “Smart TV, the Master Bedroom and a guest room are equipped with 43” TV’s. New from August 2019: German TV program available!
From the master bedroom, with a king-size bed, you have direct access through a sliding door to the pool.
The pool deck is 1.100 sqft. (100 qm²), which has a covered terrace, also has a cage that ensures that small animals and insects don’t intrude on your holiday. The pool deck and pool provide an inviting entrainment area, to eat, BBQ, swim and relax.
The guest rooms are also furnished with king size beds.
We would like your stay to be memorable, this means you can look forward to a complete, new and fully equipped house. From the bed linens to beach towels, a modern kitchen with a central kitchen block and all the necessary cooking utensils as well as a laundry with washing machine and dryer. In addition, the necessary equipment for a beach visit is also provided, e.g. beach chairs, umbrella, cool box, etc. …
As it is not possible to manage all this from Germany, we are working with the German house management on location, who will be glad to answer all your questions and fulfill your wishes.
We, Karin and Robert Fuchs, would like to introduce ourselves. We live with our twins in Munich and immediately fell in love with the city of Venice on our first trip. We quickly decided to make our dream come true and build a vacation home.
We would be happy to welcome you in our house and who knows, maybe you’ll fall in love with Venice too.
We are very pleased to introduce you to our new property management! Birgit and Daniel Plewka emigrated to Venice with their two children in September 2022 and fulfilled their dream of living in Florida. The two of them took the plunge and started their own pool service, which is how we met Birgit and Daniel. Thank you for being a competent contact person for our guests! Our contact in Florida is near by and they are only one phone call away if you need help or advice. We are very happy to have them on our side!
It happened during our holiday there, we immediately fell in love with the hospitality of the inhabitants and the beautiful beaches. Venice offers a beautiful city center, has great surroundings with many parks, playgrounds and golf courses nearby. Venice is also a great starting point for day tours, e.g. Disney World Orlando, a 2 hour drive or you can visit the Busch Gardens leisure park with neighboring water park only an hour away, or drive south into the Everglades.
The following airports are located close to Venice: Fort Myers approx. 1 hour, Tampa 1½ hours, Orlando 2½ hours and Miami approx. 3½hours.
